The only requirement from you is to enjoy yourself [which you will] and wear your Telford Harriers top. We need 4 men and 4 women to make up a regular team.
The atmosphere at these events is fantastic, with lots of clubs taking part.
The ladies' races are approximately 5km and the men's about 10km and it is FUN.
